Gecko Colour
Many things play a factor in a gecko's colouration.  Rhacodactylus species' colouration, for example, is highly affected by temperature, humidity, stress, light and food. Juvenile geckos of all species can increase in pattern and colour as they mature or remain relatively the same depending on their genes. Therefore, it is impossible for us to guarantee what a hatchling will look like, but rather give an educated guess based on current appearance and that of the parents. Even the pictures we offer on our site cannot guarantee what an individual will look like from day to day. We do our best to photograph them when they are in full colour and pattern to best represent their traits and appearance.  More often than not the gecko appears much more brilliant in person than photographed.

Shipping And Delivery
We offer local pick up and delivery within the lower mainland (GVRD) and it may be possible to have deliveries made to Victoria upon request. We hand deliver across the lower mainland and are willing to arrange pick up at a specified meeting place. Due to security risks we do not offer pick up at our place of residence. We apologize for any inconvenience but our animals are very dear to us and we must do all we can to keep them happy and safe.

7-Day Health Guarantee
We pride ourselves in having the highest quality and healthiest animals possible. Because of this we offer a 7-day health guarantee on all of our animals. In the event that any animal presents with a health problem, you are asked to contact us immediately. In many cases what appears to be an issue, can actually be easily rectified with a change in husbandry. We, in all instances, would rather prevent illness than have to deal with fixing it, so this is an important thing to do even after our guarantee has expired. We are unable to offer a guarantee over 7 days because of our inability to monitor your husbandry practices. Like previously mentioned, if there are health concerns after the 7 days, please contact us and we will do our best to steer you in the right direction toward getting your animal well, and if we feel it is something we need to address then we will do so.  Please note that there are no refunds on any animal outside of our 7-day health guarantee. If you are no longer able to care for your animal we ask you to please consider returning it to us so we can find it an appropriate home.
We are now able to offer Canada-wide shipping.  Please know that shipping is at the customers expense and may not be possible immediately upon purchase. We will be unable to ship your animal at certain times of the year based on weather, however we will make you aware of this when we discuss delivery. This is to ensure the safety of your animal.  Pickup by you must be done at the time of arrival at your airport. Generally it takes 15-30 minutes for your animal to be removed from the plane and taken to the designated pick up area. Its is of the utmost importance that you are there in time to pick up your animal. It is also best that you wait until you get home to open the parcel to ensure a comfortable and safe temperature for your animal.
